Changes appear on the other device while the list is open — no closing it and signing back in.
With no connection you carry on as normal: edits are held on the device and go up the moment it is back.
What is protected, and how Secret vault, PIN and biometrics
The app lock needs a PIN or biometrics to open. The PIN is stored encrypted in the device's own secure storage.
The secret vault keeps confidential lists apart from the rest: they do not appear on the home screen or in search, and getting in takes a gesture followed by authentication.

Attach images and documents to tasks, with a carousel preview and a full-screen viewer.
On images you can draw over the top — mark a measurement, point at a detail — and save the annotation with the task.
When it is time to shut everything out and get on with it Focus mode and reminders
Focus mode gathers the unfinished tasks from the lists you choose and runs a timer, without the rest of the app around it.
For anything with a time on it, set due dates and alarms per task or per list — notifications arrive even with the app closed.
